My technician, Blake, showed promptly, explained what needed to be done and executed the work flawlessly. I ordered the $109 tune-up special, even before the Tech, Dylan went over all of the items necessary to bring my garage door up-to-date I knew most of what I needed that would go beyond my financial expectations. I felt that Dylan was thoroughly knowledgable, friendly and informative. He was the reason I decided to get the full package to update my noisy, old garage door mechanisms. Precision had high ratings on the site I used to look for this service. Your website very informative. Service man who arrived to look a what repairs were needed was very knowledgeable. Listened to my needs and provided a very accurate estimate. He was very helpful helping me find the best doors for my needs. The person that came to install the doors and motor and electrical, was excellent, efficient friendly and answered questions thoroughly. Product more than met my expectations at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone with no reservations. Garage left clean ad neat after completion of the job. I was shown how to operate all the gadgets and installer made sure I understood the operation. I rate Precision a 5 Star operation. Forgot to mention response was quick and timely.

We selected your firm from Angie's List after reading the reviews. Scott was very polite and professional as he showed us what was needed to repair and replace. From the results our garage door has never been properly balanced with the proper springs which were replaced along with new roller and a new opener. The garage door opens and closes very quietly and without straining. Also, it can be raised with one hand if the power is out or in an emergency. We are very pleased with this installation at a price and warranty for service that is outstanding!

Precision installed a new garage door a few months ago. I was satisfied with the work. A few things needed tweeking, but nothing serious. So, when the opener began to open on its own, I called them. Charlie and helper did a good job of infoming me of my options without pressuring me to purchase a new opener. As the opener was 30 years old, I elected to purchase the opener. CHarlie had it installed and operational within the hour. He did a great job and very personable too.

We chose Precision because of other positive reviews we researched. Kevin Blue was the tech who came out and repaired our door. He came at the promised time and in an identifiable company uniform. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us 3 options and we picked the one that best suited us. No pressure just great-service. We chose to get a full set of replacement wheels. He did a quick and perfect job. The door works fabulously now!

We are so happy with our door! Dylan did an great job overhauling our currant door and installing our new opener. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. There were so May things I was not aware of and he helped point it out. He was not pushy at all about added repairs that needed to be done, and just offered his professional opinion to help us get the best for our money.
