My garage door spring broke , so after reading some great reviews from customers of Precision Door Service I called Sunday pm and the technician George was their Monday 9am and discussed the problems and the solutions , I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Precision Door Seevice to anyone needing their garage door repaired or replaced .

It was very professional job when my garage door was installed. The installer took the time to show me obvious problems with the old garage door system. I did not feel pressured. Later I had a problem with the remotes and they came out the SAME day and fixed the problem with no charge. The staff is professional and friendly, answering any questions I have. I fully recommend this company to anyone needing repair/installation of a garage door system!!It's great to find a reliable company these days when many times it's so hard to find a quality company with such nice people!!!!

After being very disappointed in another company in the fact they came out and recommended a new logic board yet never returned to install it and after my inquiry as to the status (two weeks later) could not find where they even came to my address. One call to Precision and they were out the next morning and installed a new opener after discussing the futility of installing a new logic board on and otherwise burned out motor. Finished the job with professional speed and went over the operation of a new touch pad and very happy that the new closer is very quiet.

We were so pleased with the same day service that George provided. Fair prices for excellent service. It was Saturday morning and our garage would not close all of the way so we called Precision Door Service as they were recommended on Angie's list. We were given an appointment on the same day. George called and came over an hour earlier. He repaired the door and also suggested replacing the worn rollers, which did provide quieter service. All is good and we definitely would use them again.

We called Precision Service Door around mid-day after discovering that our garage door opener would not open our garage door beyond about 18 inches without stopping, shaking, and making a very loud noise. Service Technican William was scheduled to arrive sometime between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. that evening; he arrived at 5:55 p.m. which was greatly appreciated. William diagnosed the problem, and communicated the repair options in plain English, not industry terminology. Once we selected the level of repair and signed the written estimate on his iPad, William quickly and skillfully replaced the carriage assembly, both torsion springs, both cables and cable drums, and all rollers; William also ensured the garage door was properly balanced, which should extend the life of our existing garage door opener. After removing the existing torsion springs, cable drums, and cables, and before installing their replacements, William showed us the differences in the quality of the replacement materials compared to the existing materials, which was quite striking and impressive. Our garage door has never opened and closed this quietly; I would estimate a 50% reduction in noise level, and thatâ??s without replacing the existing screw driven garage door opener. Overall, we are very satisfied with the level of service we received from Precision Service Door and their expert Service Technican William. Highly recommended company!

As advertised, they were here within 24 hours. The technician was courteous & informative. My repair was fairly easy (new bracket for control arm), but he also lubricated joints & was finished within 15 minutes. Very satisfied.

To my dismay I went out yesterday and could not get out of my garage door due to a broken spring. I called around for estimates and decided to try Precision. The confirmation on my email indicated the tech I would be having to my home and a bio on him so I would know what he looked like upon arriving. He called to ask if he could come early which was good for me. He was fast, knowledgable and gave me two dif- ferent prices to choose which way to go to put the new spring in. I hope I do not have any further problems but would call Precision again.

Prompt, knowledgeable and professional! Best garage door service I have ever had since moving here 14 years ago. Issues were identified immediately and repiared. I asked about some other items and the service truck carried itmes on it and Van was able to fix everything that needed it at a fair price. Feels almost like a new door now.
