Arrived when promised. Super nice guys. Very competent and fully explained all the options available to fix our broken spring and why the other pieces of the door were in need of maintenance. Repairs were performed quickly and the techs covered everything with us before they left. I'd assume I won't need there services again anytime soon (hopefully) but I'd recommend them to friends if they were looking for someone.

Same day service though I had to be connected from Brevard Office to Central Florida . The technician was thorough and knows his work. He explained the principles of how a garage door works and that balance is the key. The 20 year old system was overhauled with new and proper springs, cables, bearings (on springs shaft) and end rollers. PLUS replaced old tired worn out drive motor.

Have been using Precision since 2013, and have never been disappointed with their services! They we're punctual, and made great recommendations as to my needs. They installed a new bottom seal, as I requested. In addition, they installed a new belt driven garage door opener with battery backup. Belts and all warranties listed on invoice. Neighbor and I can't believe how quiet this opener is!

Blake was very informative & was ready to fix more than I had originally requested! We knew our spring was broken but when he arrived we also asked about our keypad (he checked & it was completely corroded inside). Had a new belt drive opener and better springs installed this morning after a failure of part of my old opener. Blake checked everything and made recommendations for the new belt drive opener and better springs, and explained the reasons for the recommendation well. Although there were better options (and more $$) I am pleased with the recommendation I accepted. Blake installed the new opener quickly, much more so than I had believed it would take. Important to me, though, was that there was never a sense of pressure from Blake. He just put the options out there and once I decided, he jumped into action on the install. Blake is a good face for the company and I would definitely recommend Precision.

I was having a problem paring my cars to the garage door. I researched online and one of the top companies was Precision. I was able to make my appointment via chat ???????? My service rep Blake initially came to pair my cars to the garage door. He arrived on time and was able to not only pair my cars, he also provided me with a long overdue motor. ( I knew I needed one) He was able to give me a few tips for the future which was greatly appreciated. Blake was professional and has an excellent demeanor.
