We needed a same day repair on our garage door after I backed my car into it, and they were able to come to my house within a few hours. They gave me an estimate for the repair and it was done in less than an hour. I was very happy with the quality of the repair and the price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend Precision!

I would highly recommend Precision for any repairs or new installations. We had a broken torsion spring and a very loud door opener because of the builder putting in an under sized door opener. The technicians gave me several options to consider both in price and quality. I went with the best and I'am glad I did. The door opener is now the quietest ever. They even set my wife's factory door opener in her vehicle. Very nice job guys. Thank you!

Never used Precision before, but the customer service has made them my number one choice for all garage door work in the future. Service was on time, prompt and high quality. I needed a new opener, springs and other small issues taken care of, and Stephen handled it completely and properly. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of my repair. I called Precision at 1 PM and they had a repairman at my house only 3 hours later. He was friendly and knew what to do. Didn't give me the hard sell, but advised me to get an overhaul with a lifetime guarantee. He finished up in a couple hours, lubed the it all up, and showed me how to maintain the door lubrication. It was good to get this resolved quickly and not have to worry about another broken torsion spring, ever.

I was very happy to select Precision to repair my garage door, The technician came promptly at the set time, was friendly, courties and fast to solve my problem with the door (while I was very let down by another company, who promised to come at a certain time, but no appearance and no calls while I waited. I recommend this company highly.

Scott was very good at explaining what needed to be done. installed new spring and did a tune up on the door. After he was done I was shown all the new parts that were replaced. I would have to give Scott a 5 Star Rating!!!!!

I've had a loud squeaky garage door for three months....I called Precision this morning and by 2pm this afternoon Scott arrived with a helper and diagnosed the problem. He explained the problem in terms I could understand and gave be two options. My door now runs quietly and has a lifetime guarantee. Precision was quick, friendly, clean and nice! Thank you

I was at home when the tech came to the house to repair the garage door. My name is Donna Bardou. The tech was very professional and offered me the option of doing other items while he was here. I appreciated that. He was friendly and was able to make the adjustment to the door in a timely manner. The scheduling of the visit was fast and easy as well. The tech phoned prior to arriving. I have used Precision previously and will use them again in the future.

The door failed on our way out of town. Precision had a technician out that afternoon. He repaired and replaced the springs, rller and cable pulleys. He was knowledgeable and explained each step. Superbly professional and technically expert. we have used them several times over the last 8 years and wouldn't think of going to anyone esle.

Scott did an amazing job. Your customer service team is excellent. I emailed late on Thanksgiving night my request for service. Your team called my house within 30 minutes and set up an appointment for the following morning. Scott came out and was great. I had purchased the lifetime warranty package with Precision before, and your team delivered. I highly recommend anyone getting a repair to purchase the lifetime warranty package since your team stands behind your product. Rarely do I write reviews - but am happy to share great information on great companies. Thanks for the great service!

Once again Percision delivers. After 13 years between service calls, the service hasn’t changed a bit. I had an appointment scheduled with Scott between 4-6pm, he actually called and informed me he would be about 20 mins early, unfortunately I couldn’t get off and home any sooner than 4pm. Once I arrived Scott wasn’t rude or obnoxious because of waiting 20 mins, he was very pleasant and helpful in diagnosing the problem with the garage door. Scott gave me a few options relative to the repairs and made the repairs in about an hour. My 22 year old garage is operating quietly and smoothly again. Would certainly do business with again.
