Attention Scott (owner of Precision Garage Doors) July 1st we had a new garage door and motor installed by Kevin Phillips. We absolutely love the door--Kevin did an outstanding job installing it and explaining how to work it. The remotes are really cool, both outside the cars and inside the cars. Today (aug 26) we had Billy Price come out to check out a loud pop in the roller channel. He explained it is normal and will settle down then corrected it for us. You have an outstanding team working for you who takes pride in the product they install and the job they do. They work 110% which shows their dedication to Precision Garage door. Just had a whole new door and motor installed. The quality is very good. I love it. I had Billy P come out the same day I contacted Precision to get me started. The very next day Mike L was out to install my new door. Both were excellent. Definitely I give them 5 stars.

Billy Price from PRECISION DOOR SERVICE was here today to replace the broken spring on our garage door. I called at 8:00a.m. And he was here at 10:00 a.m. Yes, he checked out the entire door and did have suggestions but having to replace those items on other doors in other homes, I have complete confidence that it was well worth the added cost. Billy is professional , did an excellent job and the door is quieter and works great. I didn't have to wait 3 days for the other company to show up. I give them a 5 star rating and totally recommend them.

I called Precision late in the day. Our spring had broken and I could not get the door open. Expecting to have to wait until the next day for service, to my great surprise they responded they could be out within 3 hours! They called in one hour and were there in 30 minutes. They had the necessary parts and had my oversized door up and operating in 45 minutes or so. Great customer service and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service. FIVE stars for sure!

Wow, Great Service! I thought that my garage door was going to have to be replaced but Precision came out promptly and replaced all of my rollers and now the door operates better than when I first received it from the builder! I highly recommend Precision!

Great service, Billy came on time did a thorough inspection found cables that were frayed, replaced them and installed new rollers. Door balance was good so no need for new springs at this time. I will use Precision in the future for my door work

Thus far very happy with the service and Bill was very professional. I hesitate to say everything was great until after a few weeks or even months because as soon as say it was great something happens. Having just been burned i would like to with hold my opinion until I see what happens In my business I am ask to endorse a number of products and because I will not just say its good unless I have experienced it. On 1/31/15 we had Billy come out to service our garage, and install a key pad. We had a very old garage system. We really did not know much about garage systems. The fact that Billy took his time to explain everything and discuss our options was great. He is very personable, knows what he is doing, and does it with a smile. We defiantly would recommend this technician, and will use Precision Services again. One complaint I do have is that there is a huge logo on the keypad that goes on the outside of the house. I really feel like it should be plain since its attached on the outside of your home. The one on the inside is fine, and discrete.

We've had Precision help us out in the past and were very satisfied with their service. Our most recent service entailed the replacement of our garage door opener. My husband and I were extremely pleased with Billy (the kid), our technician. He was quite knowledgeable, thorough, patient, explained everything he did, and showed us how it all worked. We will definitely call on Precision again, if the need arises. This company seems to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. That's a rare thing in this day and age. I highly recommend Precision, without hesitation.
