Thank you, thank you, thank you. The person who came out to my house to repair the broken spring in my garage was wonderful - I think his name was Roger. He was very professional, polite and knew what he was doing. When I heard a loud noise early evening I didn't know what it was until I tried to open my garage door. I called early the next morning and Roger was here within 2 hours - I did get the lifetime warrantee - now I'm worry free - thank you Roger...

I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I have found them to be professional, honest and honorable - plus they know how to get the job done. They recently came to repair my garage door and did not even charge a service call, as the repairs were still under warranty- it is rare to find a company so honest. I have no hesitations or recommendations in recommending this fine company.

Precision performed a service call from a garage door that was installed in 2014. The technician did a fantastic job and explained everything he was doing step by step. There was absolutely no charge. With that being said I would highly recommend Precision overhead Garage Doors for all your garage door needs. There work scheduled time is perfect, is very professional, neat with outstanding clean up when the job is complete. Out of a five star rating I would give them the 5 stars in all categories.

Robert showed up at the expect time, called to let me know he was on the way. When I explained to him what i did the last time the tech was here he sort of knew what was wrong this time. The other tech didn't tell me about cleaning off the paint on each section.

Matt was a super employee and super friendly. We would certainly recommend your company and certainly recommend technician Matt. We replaced the outdoor garage opener keypad and got two new remote controls for our cars, and Matt programmed/synchronized them all alike. He also lubricated the door opener mechanism itself.

Again, I utilized your services in what I deemed to be an urgent matter. As I left for JURY DUTY, my automatic garage opener wouldn't engage on the chain. I called as I pulled into the Court House parking lot and within an hour, someone was at my home, opened the door by hand and rectified the problem, without me being there.
