My door would not open and it was also about 16 years old to boot - we call the night before and received a phone call back in the early AM - the rep came out and gave us a very fair price in replacing except the door itself. We agreed on this and his tech was out here in less than 2 hours to do the repairs and replacements - EXCELLENT COMPANY WORK WITH. Upfront pricing, quick service, knowledgeable employees and easy to understand the process involved. A 5-star review for sure!!

My garage door was in this home in 2007 and had never a problem so it needed help desperately, and I had no idea how much it needed. It is working like a dream because of the two gentlemen from your company knew exactly what it needed. It now doesn't make any noise and I can hardly hear it at all. They were so helpful and able to explain what I needed and why, what a difference this has made in the lack of noise that it had previously made, and what delightful, positive young gentlemen they were. They were very patient and explained what they would do and why they did it, they were very patient in telling all the facts that I needed. Best money I have ever paid for household to have an upgrade, and had no idea beforehand that I needed it.

Your team of young men (I am a senior citizen) starting with William, who explained all of my options and was very kind and helpful seeing how stressed I was, and then with Edwin, Ian, and Matt, who removed the old door and installed the new door. After having to wait 4 days with another company, then they showed up late on the day of repair and then didn't have the part to repair the garage door opener. Enough....... I called Precision and I had outstanding customer.service. They even offered to come out the same day. I made the appointment for the folowing day. Andrew promptly showed up, he looked over everything, made some recommendations to me that I greatly appreciated. I acted upon several of his recommendations and Andrew went to work. Now I feel my garage door opening system is good to go for a long time to come. I feel I got my monies worth. I am thoroughly satisfied.

Favorably - unbelievable. As a financial analyst and consultant I am generally very cautious hiring construction companies. Jerrod was prompt, verified license and insurance, and listed exactly what he would be performing. The real surprise he completed the garage door "over haul" in a couple of hours, and provided all documentation electronically. Best service I have received from a contractor in a long time.

Just had a new Opener installed by Jacob. This guy was AWESOME. He explained everything in detail and made sure I made the right decision as to which opener would be best for our house. NO PRESSURE to buy. Our old opener started opening and closing on it's own and I really believe in this company. They installed springs on my door a few years ago, and I was so impressed with their service I knew I could trust them for the opener.

The tech came out and wasn't able to help repair my door due to the company not working with the manufacturer of my door. Only choice would be a whole new door which wasn't necessary or in my budget. I wasn't charged for the visit since they couldn't help me. Honest company I would recommend.
