Extremely pleased with our garage doors and the installation process. We had an issue with the initial install, but our concerns were addressed quickly and all problems were rectified. You can tell customer service still matters to this company! We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our garage door gets a lot of use, so over the past 5 years this is the 3rd time we've used Precision Door. This is one of the most consistently pleasant experiences I have ever had with a company. I called because my garage door opener stopped working. They came out that day. He diagnosed that the control board was burned out and showed it to me. I was able to replace it that day. A second repairman came 30 minutes later with the replacement unit and installed it that afternoon. I upgraded the opener to a quieter model and replace the rollers on the garage door with rubber. Now it is whisper quiet. He even helped me set up the outside keypad. I reccomend Precision Garage Door.

A 5 Star rating isn't high enough...can we do a 10? From start to finish we were impressed with the customer service we received from this company. They came out to replace the the electronic eyes. After an inspection including opening up my garage door system, they showed me where, the motherboard was over heating and I saw where it was changing color from the over heating , at that point we discussed my options and that's when I choose to replace with a new belt driven system. Within 2 hours , my system was replaced by very professional installer. The Garage door opener was a great purchase for me not only for my safety but for security too. Precision charges only a 20.00 trip charge to come out. It is worth it! So satisfied with the completion of the job. Tyler and Dennis are great employees. Precision also give seniors a discount! We had a sudden broken spring very late in the afternoon, could not raise our door and needed immediate attention to attend a important medical appointment the next morning. We called Precision, Jessica connected with her technician who called back in 5 minutes and was at our house within 45 minutes. Not only did I have a broken spring, but many of the door parts were worn out. I was quickly given multiple options for repairs with prices. I agreed to full restoration of the entire system along with a completely new top of the line system with a lifetime guarantee. The job was done by Nick who was very professional, neat, quick and fastidious. A GREAT JOB. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!! Serious problem solved! MORE than met expectations

William came last week to give us an estimate on a new garage door. After looking at it, he said ours was in great shape and really only needed some parts to be replaced to bring it back to life. That saved us thousands right there. Today, Nick and his team did the work. In and out in under 2 hours and when they left, we have basically a brand new garage door. Highly recommend these guys.

We used precision to replace our garage door opener several years ago. They did a first class job and up graded the roller mechanism--so it worked more smoothly and mitigated the vibration that was causing some minor cracking in the garage ceiling. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. We had a problem with a spring failing today. They came out within hours and replaced the spring free of charge under the warranty- no costs for parts or labor. We are obviously very pleased. 1/25/19
