I needed an opener and had already decided that I wanted a belt drive, wi-fi model. However, after meeting with Tyler, who performed a thorough inspection of my garage door, I was alerted that I needed other parts replaced and additional services as well. Tyler, showed me all the deficiencies, and also laid out a number of opener and repair options. It should be understood that this was not a sales pitch. It was an educational dialogue that empowered me to make an informed decision based on my needs and budget. After authorizing repairs, Mason, the installer arrived in a timely manner, and did an outstanding job performing all the work my door needed. Like Tyler, Mason, was an experienced professional, skilled at his his trade, that worked efficiently through what can be summed up as an overhaul to my garage door. Previous garage repairs by a competitor, proved to be inferior and were remedied by the Precision Team. I would like to say that because my garage door was still functioning, I had the luxury of shopping around and doing some comparison shopping. This company was not the least expensive but they weren’t the most expensive either. However, that being said, I will add that this company stands at the top on various levels so when you get to the bottom line they may be less expensive than their competitors because they go the extra mile to meet and, at least in my case, exceed expectations. They did everything I requested and met all timelines they promised. My garage door is whisper quiet and rolls so smooth it is hard to believe it’s the same door. In the end, I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience which was a necessary evil. I will not hesitate to use Precision again and I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs garage door service or repair.

We prayed for about 4 months for the right garage door company to do an overhaul on our 20 yr old garage door. While my sister in Christ was praying for me, Precision popped up on her computer. The same thing happened the next day! I called. And from the initial call to the technician pulling away, I was totally impressed. Talk about professional! Tyler gave me several options to allow for budget constraints, explaining everything thoroughly. Mason was over the top in going over all that he had done. Everything as promised. No surprises. Plus never before has the owner of the company with whom I was doing business email me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision. The work done was a complete overhaul and all products listed below were purchased. Opening and closing of garage door is barely audible!

We just wanted to write this to say thank you and we appreciate you!!! At this time of the year, major unexpected repairs can put a real damper on holiday spirits but, we have to admit that although the timing was not great, the satisfaction that we feel with the work that was done does take quite a bit of the sting out. We appreciate that you could schedule us in on the same day and really, really appreciate the work that the your tech Greg did. He did not try to oversell us, he listed our options and allowed us to make the decision that best suited our needs and budget. His attention to detail, the quick work, the professionalism and his courteous manner was amazing. After all was in place, Greg took the time to go over the work done along with what was covered under warranty. He made recommendations on things we could do every so often to keep the door operating smoothly. He also took the time to ensure that the garage was cleaned up after and, he removed all the old parts and any packing material the new parts came in. We feel confident that we will not have any issues with our garage door for years to come. We can't thank Precision Door Service enough and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know. Precision Door is the best Garage door company ever! My garage door spring broke sometime in the middle of the night. That morning at 530 my daughter had to go to work and I had to manually open the door for her and the car to get out. I called right away and I was scheduled that day. The service tech showed up earlier than expected and made repairs. Thank you Percision Door.

I had serious issues with my garage door and need help immediately. I called Precision on a Wednesday night, they had Alex out the next day (very versatile scheduling) and was very honest, friendly, professional, and fair with me. Then they had 2 gentlemen out less then 3 hours later to fix my garage. Blake and Mason were so polite and professional! They were done in less then 2 hours. My garage door is like new!! I highly suggest Precision garage doors! You won’t be disappointed. I would rank them as an A++ company.
