I had contacted about a dozen different garage door companies to modify the tracks on my existing wide doors. They all sounded good but never came through. A friend sent me the contact info for Precision. They were extremely professional from the start. They did exactly what was asked, their guys were fantastic and cleaned up everything. I called this morning, they setup an appt. for me for this afternoon. Received a called from their tech Kurt and he came on time. Inspected my system and he noted that my present opener was 12 yeas old. So we discussed my options and I chose to replace with a new garage opener. In a couple hours time he was finished putting in my new opener and showed me all the aspects of operating etc. Would recommend them highly. Carole

Kurt was my repair Tec and called before his visit to tell me he was on the way. He told me all about the services offered and explained all my options. He was fast, friendly and professional. During the repairs we had a stranger approach us and we could tell he was not "well".. We had to call the police and Kurt stayed with me until the man was apprehended. Kurt could have left, the bill was paid and he had another job to go to but he stayed and made sure I was safe. He went beyond the call of duty both with the repairs and as a person. I was and am extremely happy with how the service call went and the price was fair.

GREAT GUY. CAME OUT WAS ON TIME CALLED AHEAD AND NEW HIS JOB WELL. GOT THE JOB DONE IN 45 MIN. PREVIOUS COMPANY CHARGED ALOT AND DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, MADE IT WORSE AND WANTED TO SELL US NEW DOOR OPENER FOR $900.00 AND IN 15 MIN WITH MY HUSBAND SAYING NO SAID OH I CAN BRING IT DOWN TO $700.00! THESE PEOPLE AT PRECISION WERE AWSOME!!!!!!! DONT CALL ANY ONE BUT THESE PEOPLE THEY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING THEY ARE HONEST AND RELABLE!! THANK YOU PRECISION GARAGE DOOR COMPANY

The technician arrived on time. Tried to fix the old opener but it wasn't repairable. He explained the different openers he could install. No pressure to buy one I didn't want. Installed the new opener and cleaned up after he was done. I would recommend Precision to my friends who might need their services.
