Charlie is a Florida native. He is happily married and has three children. Charlie has been been with Precision for ten years. He is bilingual, a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys nights out with his beautiful wife in the city of Orlando. Update From Customer: we had some minor issue on the garage installation. But the company went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The owner actually came out to discuss the issues with me. Overall I was pleased with Charles. He was informative. I do however have some concerns. My invoice does not mention the type of door I am quoted (manufacturer) and the r-value given appears, based on my on line research, to be the lowest. I will call your office to discuss.

We had a complete replacement of garage door, motor, springs, rollers, cable, etc. Precision installers did an awesome job of installing the new equipment, cleaning up their mess, explaining how to use the new product and the extent of the warranty. They arrived on time, were very professional throughout the time they were there, and did a top notch job. I'd definitely recommend Precision to other customers.

5 STARS!! to Precision Garage Door. I have been using your services since I moved back to Florida and your service and reputation serve you well. Always on time and the technicians are well trained, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Charlie did an exceptional job and completed the removal and installation process in 1 hour. He represents your company well and should be commended for that. Your 3 hour service window has always been within the 1st 30 minutes of that window allowing homeowners not to waste the day away waiting for someone to show up for repairs....KUDOS to Precision and Charlie. I chose Precision because it is the best. My garage door was in need of serious repair and Precision did the job for me. The service performed by Charles Merino was very professional and prompt. He obviously knew what he was doing. He spelled out very clearly the various repair options that I could choose. He did NOT exert any pressure on me as to which option to choose. That was my decision to make. I had him replace everything (springs, rollers, cables, etc.), except the actual door opener. I would definitely recommend Precision to any one that is need of a garage door repair. They are the best.

My fiancé and I just moved into our new home and the first thing that had to go was our 1970 garage door- I must say that I am thrilled about the quality and efficiency that Precision has to offer! Blake performed the walk through and gave me my quote- he was very helpful answering all of questions and Charles did an amazing job Installing everything. A car was driven through our garage door Precision was the only company that could do the job right away. Other companies wait time was three to four weeks. Since one car was trapped in the garage, that would not do. Not only did they do it fast, Quality and service were unmatched. My only complaint is that it is so quiet I can't hear my wife pulling into the garage. Regardless I would recommend and use Precision again. Pdv.

Precision installed a new garage door a few months ago. I was satisfied with the work. A few things needed tweeking, but nothing serious. So, when the opener began to open on its own, I called them. Charlie and helper did a good job of infoming me of my options without pressuring me to purchase a new opener. As the opener was 30 years old, I elected to purchase the opener. CHarlie had it installed and operational within the hour. He did a great job and very personable too.

First...there are many ads that say Overhead Garage Door...be sure you call Precision Door Service! We needed a quick repair when our garage door spring broke on 12/16 and we are so glad we called them! I called around 8:20 am, quickly received an email with appointment confirmation as well as pictures and backgrounds of their technicians. What a great idea! Eric arrived within an hour and quickly installed a new spring. A very nice and knowledgeable young man, he patiently answered all of my many questions about installing a new door. Excellent customer service and high quality products!

very unhappy with company ordered two garage doors, they screwed up and the manger Charlie was very difficult to work with. when they installed the door we had to call them back because the doors were off track, very disappointed with this company and their treatment. I am sure the owner of the company would be very shock to know their behavior.
