The technician - William Shank was very professional and did all the work perfectly. I had a very old Garage Door opener that simply died. The tech had never seen one that old. So he had a bit more adjustments. I am amazed at how smooth and quiet this new garage door opener is. I really like the lock feature on the pad by the door. Excellent job and I would recommend Precision Garage Door products and Precision Garage Door of Florida.

SUNDAY MORNING I TRIED TO OPEN OUR GARAGE AND COULD NOT OPEN IT. IT WOULD ONLY RISE 1/2 WAY UP, LEAVING US WITH NO CAR AVAILABLE. I CALLED PRECISION AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN 2 HOURS. THE TECHNICIAN KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND TOOK CARE OF IT (ROLLERS). THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR SUNDAY MORE BEARABLE. HE WAS INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE WILL CALL AGAIN IF NECESSARY.

William did a great job! I called on a Saturday morning, and within two hours he was at amy house and working on the problem. Extremely professional and great service. The door works great and is quieter than ever before. I highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with their door.
