The technician called to let me know he was on the way, and arrived within the time frame as scheduled. Louis was professional and cordial. He answered my questions. I originally signed up for a garage door tuneup, but the door opener stopped working the next day. Luis came out and explained that the door was too heavy for the springs and the trolley for the screw drive was broken. He repaired everything and installed new nylon rollers. Everything works great now. I appreciate Luis coming out on Christmas Eve. Thanks for all the great repairs.
