Great service and price. I called at about 2:30p on a Monday and they were able to get out and fix my door (a sensor & wiring problem) by 5pm the same day. The rep on the phone was great! My initial window was 3-5pm, but the regional manager or someone called to notify me that it'd be 5-6 , no later than 6. All of their communications and documentation is done electronically and is very thorough. The tech who performed the service was kind, smart, helpful and did a great job. I'd recommend this place again in a heartbeat.

The technician was quick to sort out the problem, and fixed it in no time. He also told me how to avoid the problem occurring again, which you wouldn't expect from a company that makes money from call-outs. I would use Precision to replace my garage door opener, which it will need sometime, and highly recommend their service.

I had the door come loose from the track at 5:30 in the evening. I called the 800 number and told them what had happened. She gave me an appointment of 7:oo to 9:00 that night.
