A very professional team came to the house. A courtesy call was made (as requested) letting us know they were on their way. They installed new springs and were finished within 40 minutes or so. He did point out that the rollers will need to be replaced, and when we are ready to have that done we will definitely be calling your company back out. I would have given this first contact with your company a 5 for the work that was performed. However the technician was supposed to be here between 1000 and 1200 but called at 1201 to say he was running late. He arrived here at 1220.

Called about 9:30 AM. New opener was completely installed by about 11:30 AM. Prompt response. Courteous and knowledgeable employee. Determined cause, explained issue and made recommendations on different repairs. Chose new opener. Would call again.

Ifound you by google and the add you were rated at 4.8 and very few garage door co. have a good rating. I have heard all the news reports of how garage door co. try to pressure you into buying something you don't need. the service tech was good and quick. He explained what he was doing and since i have many years of machine shop expierence i knew if he was trying to sell me something i did not neeed. I liked the fact thet you powder coat the springs and that is what he replaced. I keep my garage door lubed with garage door spray and do the upkeep on it. the tech did a good job. Thanks

From the minute I made my appointment over the phone, I knew I was choosing a good company. Precision obtained my email address and sent me an email confirmation of my appointment, as well as a possible tech, and a list of all their techs, giving me the opportunity to look at my tech and various reviews. Those were very helpful! My tech ended up changing day-of to Andrew Hecker. He arrived in a Precision truck, in uniform. When I opened the door, he was very cordial and allowed me to show him to the garage. He took a look at the various components and assessed the situation. He was very straightforward and honest and treated me well, not dumbing down any of the things that needed to be done because I was a woman. He explained what needed to be done, and answered any additional questions I had. He went over various pricing options with me to ensure that I understood the different price points. He completed the work in about an hour, and the garage seems to operate much smoother now. When he was done, he showed me all the original parts, explained the new parts, and offered to show me additional details of the garage door. I'm looking forward to having a working garage door again! I have the peace of mind knowing that I have their lifetime service warranty if I ever need it (but hopefully I won't!). Andrew was a complete professional, and I was very happy with the service I received today.

Service Technicians were on time and very thorough. Liked the professionalism in uniforms and marked vehicles. 4 instead of a 5? I would have liked the technicians to clean the greasy hand prints off the panels after installation, and numerous washers, bolt heads and bolts left in the garage/driveway I would have liked cleaned up. However I do not hesitate to recommend and would use again.
