Precision Door Service had good ratings, a pleasant human answered the phone and they provided a good appointment time. Joel came out and did a thorough inspection. The garage door is 19 years old, so I wasn’t surprised when he found some problems. He made recommendations that we agreed with, did the work right then and in a short time we had a modernized, very quiet garage door, Joel is personable and professional. After checking every part of the Sommer garage door opener and repeated attempts to ascertain why it was not working, he was able to align the sensors correctly so that the opener now works. The only drawback is that your company does not carry the Sommer garage door opener line (e.g. for any future replacement parts).
