I was very pleased with Precision Door. Your technician. Joel, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He advised me of what needed to be done. I took his advice and he made all the repairs. It didn't take too long. He cleaned up everything when he was finished. My door works almost like new and it will last my life time. Thank you.

I was in need of a garage door company that might give me answers to my dilemma with my garage door openers . I looked online for a company and Precision was recommended. They sent a repair man out within two hours ! He looked at my system and tried to program the door openers but due to an older system was unable to do so . He did not charge me And I appreciated this being a single lady . Whenever my garage system breaks down .. it’s over 20 years old , I’ll surely call upon this company for a new installation. I was in the garage door business in Denver,CO for over 20 years so I'm very familiar with the day to day operations as a branch manager after Wayne Dalton bought the company I worked for. The experience I had today with your serviceman Jordon was so refreshing. Jordon was clean, polite and professional and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and proposed a solution at what appears to be a reasonable price. Living in a retirement community we've heard the horror stories of homeowners falling prey to less than honest trades. I must say that I felt extremely comfortable with Precision Garage Door and would highly recommend them.

Signed a contract on 11/20/2023 for a new garage door and opener, several weeks and several unreturned calls from Amy and still no install date, just excuses, first waiting on permit, then looking for a new vendor. Time to send a certified letter requesting cancellation and refund. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. It has now bern over 30 days of lies.

The technician kept me posted on arrival time and arrived as scheduled. He was friendly and professional, thoroughly inspected the door and offered repair/ replace options with no sales pressure. On a Saturday afternoon we discovered our garage door’s torsion spring had broken and our garage would not even open manually. Fortunately, Precision Door Service was open on Saturday and dispatched a technician by the name of Jordan to our house that afternoon. Jordan was extremely professional and also did a full inspection of our garage door and was very thorough in explaining our options. We never felt like he was pushing us to do additional work. Jordan did a great job in replacing the torsion springs and giving our garage door a tune-up. He even spent part of his Saturday night to get the job done right instead of just rushing to finish early. Our garage door operates more smoothly than ever. Two thumbs up. Precision door obviously hires very qualified technicians.

Precision Doors came out to my house and reviewed my issue with a new garage door opener that I had previously installed. The technician was professional and all the way through the process keep me informed as to what my issue was and what were my options. Upon completion of his analysis, he made sure that I understood the problem and since it was a part still under warranty, he called the manufacture and started the process of ordering the part. Precision Doors did an outstanding job of going the extra mile and did it with expert skillfulness. I was so pleased with the service I had the specialist replace the springs in the system. I am very pleased with the proficiency of the technician and the company.

PRECISION RESPONDED QUICKLY AND PROVIDED THREE ESTIMATES AS TO THE COST OF REPAIRING A GARAGE DOOR OPENER. UNFORTUNATELY, ALL OF THE ESTIMATES WERE VERY HIGH, IN MY OPINION. THEY RANGED FROM APPROXIMATELY $1,050 TO OVER $2,000, DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH I WANTED TO REPLACE. BECAUSE OF THE HIGH ESTIMATES I CONTACTED A SECOND GARAGE DOOR COMPANY. THEY REPAIRED THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER TO PERFECT WORKING ORDER FOR $115.00.
