We had a bad power problem about 5 am this morning. FPL installed a new transformer and got us hooked up about 11:30am. I noticed that my garage door didn't work and I couldn't fix the problem so I called Precision Door and Mellisa had two tecnitions arrive within an hour.They said how lucky I was that the power failure did not blow out my garage door unit. They reset everything including the controlers very qjickly. The 65$ service charge was a surprise tol me as we had a garage door overhall within this year. However, I certainly am willing to pay for the expert work that your technitians do. You have great people working for you. Bob Sawyers

When I called several garage door repair companies, Precision was the only one to give a free estimate. When Jimmy came he was friendly yet very professional. We told him our problem. He inspected the entire door and was able to repair it the same day. He tightened the springs and replaced the rollers, sprayed rollers and hinges and the door is purring it is so happy. Price was competitive, and I called for service after 4 on a Monday, and the problem was fixed by 10:00 Tuesday morning, before the other two companies I had called and left messages with even called me back. I really appreciate that they send their technicians in uniforms with ID badges, and an email telling you who who can expect. My technician was quick, trustworthy and did an awesome job. I'll never call another company again.

I was totally satisfied with the technician. He had to address a problem he had never seen before.He worked out a way to get at and correct the problem. Under Service Performed. None of the categories fit. The center bracket that is attached to the garage wall the spring brackets are attached to came off the wall and was wedge between the door frame and top panel of garage door.
