Wow! I had a problem with my garage door and a knowledgeable technician (Chris) was at my house within a couple of hours and the door was repaired in about an hour. Chris was friendly, honest and had instructions and suggestions for proper maintenance of the door. In addition, he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The door is only 4 or 5 years old, so I didn't need new rollers or things like that. I will definitely call Precision Door Service if I have any other issues.

Later I was having dinner and I was telling my friend about all the troubles I was having with the garage door. He recommended your company, because his mother and another friend had used precision and was very happy with you. He gave me your phone number, I called around 6:00 pm and I had an appointment next morning. I did not know what to expect. Ross looked over the situation and mention what is possibly wrong and gave options with cost. However, he had to check the bearings to inform me whether they were bad or good. I was impressed with his knowledge and how quickly he replaced the broken spring and bearings. My wife will be blessed when she arrives home and does not hear the garage door. I had Ross do door maintenance. Wow! All you hear now is the motor. Great work!!!
