Excellent service, I called in the morning to get a broken spring fixed and they arrived right on time that day. The service technician was very courteous, and changed the springs and worn out bearings and rollers. The bearings and rollers were changed only after the technician showed me the problems with the parts. Five Star service.

Tom was professional and courteous while explaining what had to be done to fix the broken spring. I was given three choices of what work could be done to fix the spring and chose to have other parts replaced in order to prevent other breakdowns. The job was completed in a reasonable time and at a fair price.

My old system was about 8-10 yrs old and finally stopped working completely, to pull the door up manually was very difficult at best, after Jeff the service rep explained all my options I decide to replace most all the door which comes with a lifetime warranty, now if I ever had to manually open it I can easily do so with one hand, it operates like it was brand new, and the rep was very professional and knowledgeable.
