Outstanding customer service and repair!!! My wife found Precision Door Service and I called this morning, the assistant told me they will come today between 11:00 – 2:00 pm , The service tech called around 9:45 am and told me his ETA to my house is 10:30 am he was there way earlier than expected, which to me it is always a good sign of great and serious company. Kevin did outstanding job, he gave me a broad explanation on the repairs.

Replaced broken spring that was covered under warranty. Did a complete checkup on the door and all of its components. Very professional. Fast and courteous. Explained everything he was going to do and reassured me that our lifetime warranty would cover everything except the service call. No extra charge for Saturday service. Replaced both springs. Couldn't be happier. Refreshing to be able to work with a professional organization such as Precision. Thanks

I got your name from advertising sent to my home and had Andrew from your company for service a couple of years ago. Kevin came this time and I found him to be very professional. He found the problem very quickly and fixed it. He also pointed out a spring problem that needed fixing and since Andrew said the springs were getting weak when he was here a few years ago, I knew the time had come to replace them. Found Precision in the Yellow Pages and called for an appointment. They were here in under an hour. The technician Kevin was very polite, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Garage door would not open Friday evening as we were leaving for an evening out......could not open manually, either. Called our original installer from several years ago, but closed for weekend. Looked online....saw several excellent customer reviews for Precision.....called you folks, provided information to a very nice lady, and was told a technician would be here within 3 hours........in actuality, tech. was here in less than an hour....problem quickly diagnosed, parts replaced, and we were back in service in about 90 minutes. Kevin, our technician, was excellent! Certainly would recommend you folks to others!

Contacted Precision Door Service as the garage door spring broke. The service department advised me that a technician would be out the same day to make the repairs. What a concept to call for help, having someone answer the telephone ,and have the repairs made in the same day. Our service technician Kevin Phillips was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in accessing the problem and check the entire mechanism to insure that the door would perform like new when the repairs were completed. He took the time to go over the various contract options and performed the repairs in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

Five stars! Our garage door was not opening, the mechanism was moving but the door would not open and close. Kevin was dispatched the same day. He promptly diagnosed the problem, explained it, and told me exactly what should be done to repair it. His work was exemplary, and he finished it promptly. He performed a general maintenance as well. The door needed a new seal on the bottom, and he returned the next day with the replacement part. Kevin was knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. He explained how the door should be handled manually in the event of a power outage. I had full confidence in his expertise. A very good customer service experience.
