Our garage door opener was making an extremely loud noise upon opening and closing. It was time to call Precision Door Service. The technician, Jonathan arrived well within the appointment time frame. He was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions regarding the situation with garage door opener. He completed the job of removing the old garage door opener and installing the new one within the time frame estimated and we are very pleased with the results. I chose Precision because a co-worker suggested you. I am so glad I did. The initial contact was awsome (phone) and set my mind at ease. The tech. Jonathan Gonzalez was there right at 2 pm as promised. He paid attention to me when I explained what I wanted, which is so rare these days. He did a full check on my door and made smart suggestions for the repair and for future maintenance. He invited me to stay with him while he made repairs so I could have a good understanding of what was going on. He worked methodically, quickly and efficiently. I work for Orange County in maintenance. Sometimes I work on Garage doors at fire stations. Jonathan did everything exactly as I would have on my job. He was exellent! Very nice and knowledgeable. Later that day my next door neighbors garage door spring broke! Crazy huh? Same problem, same day, right next door. Anyway, I recomended Precision to her, she called and they are coming out to fix hers too. Great Job!

Our old garage door broke down again, so we called Precision. They had worked on my garage door back in 2003 and recently on August 2014. When I called, Precision Representative was very nice and immediately had all my information. She scheduled an appointment same day within the hour. Jonathan came out again. He is extremely a pleasant person. He really listens carefully to our concerns without any interruption. He then goes to work and makes our door functional again. I asked him for a quote on installing a new garage door and opener, which he did. I will be replacing it within the next three months immediately after we paint our home.

Precision was professional from the beginning to the end. Very organized, using modern tools of communication (web, email) in a excellent and effective way. Estimate was done right at the job-site with a internet connected tablet computer, took only seconds to get the estimated price and I had been given three options for the repair. The technician Jonathan Gonzalez arrived on time and gave me an enroute call as promised. Jon is a very skilled, professional and extremely courteous expert. Checked the door, the mechanics and everything out. Gave me an electronically prepared overview about the condition of my door and it's mechanics. Made suggestion (suggestions only, no pressure) of repairs, maintanance. Advised me of future small maintenance I could do myself. We decided to replace both springs, and install a center bearing. The materials used are Precision labeled OEM parts, seem to be from high quality. Work was done in no time, professional, knowledgeable and clean. Jon even tightened up some loose screws on the door for no charge. Garage door was tested for balance, drive was adjusted for strength and opening range. Door is now working perfect, closes straight and level, and is now quiet due do the new springs. Jon never rushed and took great pride in his workmanship. Jon is a true asset for Precision, and he is one of the main reason, I will stick with Precision in the future.

This is the first time using precision, the main reason I choose this company was because of their A+ better business bureau rating. The service called was immediately scheduled for next day and technician called before to let me know what his estimated time of arrival would be. I called them after I called my old service provider and was informed they closed at 4:00. I looked on line and found Precision they were detailed, up front with pricing,and very quick with their service. The technician was very professional and I will call them again.
