I have used Precision twice for two different garage door matters. From the person taking the initial call to the repairman, they have always been super nice and able to come the very next day for service. Jesse has been the repair person the two times I used Precision. He is very friendly and is efficient.

First installation of garage door weather seal didn't fit right according to plan. I called and another tech came out and installed an upgraded weather seal free of charge. That was definitely the ticket as it worked like a charm. Thank you

All is well and done perfectly good. The technician (Jesse) arrived during the time frame set up for the appointment. He performed a trouble shooting review of our situation and discussed the findings. He explained different options that were available to remedy the cause of the problem. After a choice was made he expertly performed each function that was necessary to complete the service call. Jesse was a professional and courteous representative of the company. He cleaned his work area to our satisfaction and left with a handshake and a pleasant "Thank You" adding to call if we had any problems or additional questions.

Great service. The drive belt on our 12 year old opener deteriorated on a Wednesday night and by noon on Thursday we had a working opener. Rather than replace just the belt, commom sense dictated that we have Precision install a new unit. Jesse did a great job--reviewed all the features of the new opener, walked us through programming steps, told us to call him if we had any questions, and cleaned up after himself. Money well spent.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Our springs broke on our garage door opener on a Friday at 5p.m. I called your office and was scheduled for Saturday between 12-4. I then called back to ask a question about closing the door and was told you could schedule an emergency appt The same evening between 8-11 p.m. If I wanted. I was so happy as my door would not close all the way. I received a call from Jesse at 7:45 and he said he would arrive in about 45 minutes. Jesse arrived at approximately 8:30 and was extremely polite. the springs had broken and needed replacement. Jesse checked all parts to be sure everything was in proper working order. I can't tell you how impressed we were with him. Polite, friendly and extremely competent and efficient! I would definitely recommend your company and Jesse to everyone! Thank you Jesse for your excellent service!
