Our original garage door opener was installed by a different company when the house was first built. The spring and one of the cables recently broke and we called Precision for repair work. William did a great job upgrading our 16 year old door opener, springs, rollers, etc. to a new belt drive system. I would have never believed a garage door could be so smooth and quiet. He was quick and efficient and cleaned up after the job was completed. I decided to get all the recommended services because safety, security and peace of mind are of greater value then price alone. Also same day service is a huge plus over the big box stores, where you have to wait until the installer calls you back.

Ten years ago we moved into a brand-new house of solid construction which the builder stocked with cheap appliances including a garage door opener that was creaky from day one and soon required service. We picked Precision out of the phone book (there were still phone books then)and tech came out and did a minimal repair that made the thing work. This was repeated 2 or 3 times over the ensuing decade - Precision techs recommending repairs and never trying to up-sell us into a new system. Then last week the door seized up again for apparently no reason. This time the Precision tech - William, accompanied by apprentice Eric - came into the waiting room and told us gently that it was time to pull the plug on the old guy and put in a new motor. Actually, he said he could put it on life support again, but said it could fail at any moment and it would be kinder, and more economical to go with a new system. So we did. William and Eric had it up and running, silent as a nuclear sub, in less than an hour. William and Eric are poster boys for professionalism, courtesy, and good cheer.

our garage door opener fell to the ground out of the blue one evening....after a quick google search we found Precision looked at the reviews and called at 730PM!! After speaking to a very polite young lady she told me someone would be at my home between 8-10pm. I must admit I was not actually thinking that that would happen BUT sure enough it did. William turned up and was so professional and patient. We really felt bad calling someone out from their family at night but he made us feel better about it. He was cheerful and very knowledgable, we ended up with just about everything replaced but the garage door and it was done in less than 90 minutes. Fantastic service and salesmanship, we loved William and will never go anywhere else for our garage door needs. When we need a new opener we will be purchasing it from Precision! Good service is hard to find but you guys have nailed it! Thank you William :)
