Dreaded making this call. Thought I would get the token $200+ bill, no matter what. Was given options for repair. $65, $145, or $500+. No pressure. I had just been hit with major auto bills. Nice to be treated with respect rather than assume that I have the bucks to spend. Will be a customer for life and will recommend to all.

My belt driven garage door opener stopped working today. (Sunday) I goggled garage door repairs and found Precision Doors. I called at 12:20 and at 4:20 Van was at my home, installing a new belt driven garage door opener. The new opened is quiet and of much better quality than the one being replaced that weas installed by the builder 3 years ago. Van explained everything he was doing, cleaned up my garage after the job was finished and was very professional through the installation. I am very pleased.

My garage door would come down to close and than go back up. A service man came out and made an assessment of the problem. It was decided that I would need a new door.They called the next day and said they could be at the house early if that was okay with me. They arrived and went right to work and had it done in no time at all.The young men were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the trash and old door with them. I'm impressed with both the speed and quality of service I received. I called on a Friday afternoon concerning my old door opener which was in need of repair or replacement and a technician was scheduled for the next morning. Van called before arriving to let me know he was on his way (a nice courtesy), was on time, friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional. Two and a half hours later I had a completely overhauled and refurbished garage door and a new opener with keypad installed. The product was a Linear belt driven system, new springs, rollers, etc. My technician Van was on time (a rarity these days), courteous, precise, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions. The system itself is performing nicely. It is smooth and surprisingly very very quiet.
