Jacob is a United States Army veteran and was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has lived in multiple states such as Utah, Washington, Kentucky, Tennessee, Colorado, California and Florida. Jacob has been married for 2 years now, loves the outdoors and absolutely LOVES to fish. Jacob received the Residential Door Systems Technician Certification from the IDEA.

Jacob did a super professional job. We have lived here for 29 years and had various people work on our 18x8 wooden door and my neighbors could tell when it closed....BOOM! The opener quit so I called Precision. Smart move. Jacob gave me several choices. I made my choice of the most complete one. Jacob had made his inspection and went over all the details. My door now doesn't make a sound! When in the manual mode, my wife can move it up or down with one hand. I can't say enough good things about Jacob. When finished with the install, he programed our car remotes and went over everything with both of us.

Jacob did an excellent job with our repair. Although we thought our only problem was a broken spring on one door, he did a thorough examination of both of our garage doors and gave us several recommendations. He provided a complete explanation of how our system was performing and how it could be improved. There was no pressure whatsoever. We ended up purchasing more than we had planned, but we now have peace of mind with Precision's lifetime warranty on the new parts that Jacob installed. It is amazing how much quieter the doors are now.
