Danny provided service to my garage door recently. He explained the options I had when presented with the issue. He was very honest and straight forward with the information he provided me. Upon being presented with the options, I made my choice and Danny went to work. During some of the work being performed, my daughters were around, and he was very kind, pleasant and friendly. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Danny or Precision Garage Doors to anybody.

We have been a customer of Precision Door Service for almost 20 years! They put in a keypad and reinforced our garage door after a bad hurricane. Then we had our garage door replaced by Precision Door Service, and we were extremely happy with the quality of service they provided. They are to us a 5-star business because of the great service they provide, and they really care about their customers. This is a great Company.

The service technicians could come earlier and called ahead to confirm that was ok and did not just show up. They both were polite, professional, customer service oriented and educational about prevention as well as response to the problem we were having, which in our case was the spring about to go sooner than later. They provided additional recommendations and applied coupons or discounts accordingly. As a home owner, what many service oriented folks forget is that your home is a sacred space for loved ones. The folks who came out to service our home treated it and me and our life situation with respect while developing rapport and credibility. Although I hope to not have to see them again anytime soon, they allowed themselves to be a welcomed presence in our home.

Sales person Ken, was very professional. Garage Door was installed when promised. Service person, Collin, was very professional, and worked continuously and hard, due to numerous problems which arose. The only disappointing aspect of install, no one informed me that the vinyl trim to seal sides and top of door, do not come with the installation and is extra cost. Both my friend and I could not believe that sealer vinyl trim was the normal install. This makes the install look unfinished. Had friend, who was visiting the day door was installed. He had garage door installed in Davenport by another company, the vinyl trim was included. There are slight gaps on side of door; noted last night, light and some rain came through the side of the door, when wind blew during rain storm. Would be beneficial to clearly inform customers of additional cost and not part of normal install. Would recommend your company, with reservations. If had trim part of regular install, would be 5 star job.

SIR; WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE EXPLANATION OF THE WORK HE HAD TO DO AND THE MANNER HE HANDLED OUR EMERGENCY. THE GARAGE DOOR SPRING BROKE AND THE CAR WAS IN THE GARAGE WITH THE DOOR CLOSED. First...there are many ads that say Overhead Garage Door...be sure you call Precision Door Service! We needed a quick repair when our garage door spring broke on 12/16 and we are so glad we called them! I called around 8:20 am, quickly received an email with appointment confirmation as well as pictures and backgrounds of their technicians. What a great idea! Eric arrived within an hour and quickly installed a new spring. A very nice and knowledgeable young man, he patiently answered all of my many questions about installing a new door. Excellent customer service and high quality products!

I would definitely recommend. I called at 10:30 and by 11:15 Kevin, their service tech was knocking on my door. Amazing!! He gave me several options to fix my door and explained the value in all. My spring had broke and he informed me that the cable and rollers were worn out also. The door is over 15yrs old so I replaced cable rollers and spring for a very reasonable price. Kevin was very professional and was done by 1:30. I was surprised at how quiet the new rollers were and I'm very happy with Precision. Thanx

My old garage door was inspected by Bill Roberts on Friday and my new install was done on Tuesday by Charlie Merino. Both were excellent. I really liked that I could see a picture of them before their arrival. Charlie was hard working, neat and very professional and the installation was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely tell friends and family about my positive experience!

Prompt ,efficient service from the call to request service on through completion. Blake was professional, efficient knowledgeable and courteous.
