This was the second time I've used Precision. The first experience I had with them was at a previous residence a few years ago. Each time I had Precision at my home I received professional and courteous service which, unfortunately, seems to be absent from many businesses today. Technician Nick Mcadory was on time, answered all my questions, worked diligently to finish the job as efficiently as possible, and I had no concerns about leaving him in my garage unattended. I will definitely call Precision with any future garage door related needs.

The third time I've called them in the 10 years I've owned my home. Their response time is incredible...all three times they arrived within a few hours of my call and always on the same day. The technicians are knowledgeable, quick and explain what they are doing and your repair options. Prices are reasonable and the warranties first rate. Unheard of service in this day and age....

Blake did an excellent job. He was very professional and efficient. He diagnosed and then replaced the broken spring issue and replaced the rollers in my other door. I would call Precision any time I have a garage door issue.

After going with another company for a previous garage door repair and not being totally satisfied, I tried Precision on the advice of my girlfriend who had used them prior to my meeting her. They were everything she said they'd be and more. The technician, Andrew, was spot-on brilliant when it came to garage doors and it was quickly apparent that he cared more than just getting his paycheck. He went out of his way to make sure every component installed performed to his high standards. Not only was he personable, but he was exacting in every detail and I felt the job done was well worth the price. I am impressed! Both work vehicles were locked in after a spring broke and it was after hours. Called 3 other companies, no emergency service. Called Precision and Blake arrived about an hour or so later as predicted by the Company official! He was professional, informative, and friendly. Did the job promptly, explained what he had done, and went on his way. I am impressed!

Great service and price. I called at about 2:30p on a Monday and they were able to get out and fix my door (a sensor & wiring problem) by 5pm the same day. The rep on the phone was great! My initial window was 3-5pm, but the regional manager or someone called to notify me that it'd be 5-6 , no later than 6. All of their communications and documentation is done electronically and is very thorough. The tech who performed the service was kind, smart, helpful and did a great job. I'd recommend this place again in a heartbeat.

Our Garage door would not close this morning and by 2:30 pm Eric was at our home replacing our garage door opener and repairing the door by replacing door rollers. I am completely satisfied with the service provided. Dylan May, the technician, was on time. He even called ahead before he got here. The tune up service and roller replacement work was completed in a timely and professional manner. He showed me what he did, provided appropriate explanations and gave tips on any possible future issues that could arise. Dylan May was dressed in a company uniform. His work and demeanor was professional and his work was done right the first time. I will use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service Company in the future. He and the company earn a 5 Star.
