If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Our springs broke on our garage door opener on a Friday at 5p.m. I called your office and was scheduled for Saturday between 12-4. I then called back to ask a question about closing the door and was told you could schedule an emergency appt The same evening between 8-11 p.m. If I wanted. I was so happy as my door would not close all the way. I received a call from Jesse at 7:45 and he said he would arrive in about 45 minutes. Jesse arrived at approximately 8:30 and was extremely polite. the springs had broken and needed replacement. Jesse checked all parts to be sure everything was in proper working order. I can't tell you how impressed we were with him. Polite, friendly and extremely competent and efficient! I would definitely recommend your company and Jesse to everyone! Thank you Jesse for your excellent service!

Replaced broken spring that was covered under warranty. Did a complete checkup on the door and all of its components. Very professional. Fast and courteous. Explained everything he was going to do and reassured me that our lifetime warranty would cover everything except the service call. No extra charge for Saturday service. Replaced both springs. Couldn't be happier. Refreshing to be able to work with a professional organization such as Precision. Thanks

Precision Door Service stand behind their product! I had a broken garage door spring fixed promptly by friendly service tech, Jeremy. The work was performed on the same day and covered by the 5 year warranty of the original springs. I hope to get a longer live out of the new springs.

Kevin was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, professional and an all around nice guy with a great sense of humor. Precision offers multiple garage door options and Kevin's experience and "good eye" to recommend what style garage door windows would flow best with the design of my home and its existing windows worked perfectly. On 1/31/15 we had Billy come out to service our garage, and install a key pad. We had a very old garage system. We really did not know much about garage systems. The fact that Billy took his time to explain everything and discuss our options was great. He is very personable, knows what he is doing, and does it with a smile. We defiantly would recommend this technician, and will use Precision Services again. One complaint I do have is that there is a huge logo on the keypad that goes on the outside of the house. I really feel like it should be plain since its attached on the outside of your home. The one on the inside is fine, and discrete.

i COULD NOT HAVE MORE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY PRECISION AND THE TECHNICIAN, DYLAN MAY. FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED UNTIL THE TECHNICIAN LEFT, THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY SEAMLESS. DYLAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. IT IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I MADE A MISTAKE BY CALLING ANOTHER COMPANY PRIOR TO CALLING PRECISION AND WAS SO DISGUSTED WITH THE INEXPERIENCE OF THE TECHNICIANS WHO KNEW NOTHING ABOUT PRECISION. Dylan was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained our garage door problems in layman's terms and helped us find the best solution. He promised the price he quoted was "all-inclusive". I was skeptical, but hoped the add'l service fees and taxes wouldn't be too high. When he finished, I was so thrilled to sign on the "dotted line" for the EXACT amount he quoted. It was not one penny over the price we'd agreed to. Exceptional service and a fair price -- what more could I ask for...(other than for my garage door not to have broken in the first place!) but thankfully, we have a lifetime guarantee now!

Luis came on time as scheduled, diagnosed the repair problem, and quickly made the repair on a garage door that wouldn't close. He was very personable and polite. There was no hard sell or pitching of other products and services, just information. That was appreciated. Moreoever the price was quite reasonable. The first company I contacted did not even respond by email or by phone and I'm glad they didn't. If I have any other garage door problems I will definitely use Precision again. Thanks.
