Your technician, Steve was excellent. He replaced a faulty motor and a worn out door gasket. This is the second time I have used your service and I highly recommend your company. The bonus of waiving the service charge was a surprise. Your rates are fair and your service prompt.

Your technician Robert Fagan was great. He stated what was wrong with our garage door and opener. We had a blown out belt assembly and a bottom hinge was torn out at the bottom panel of our garage door. He recommended various solutions to our problem and we took his recommendation of replacing the belt and rail assemble for the door opener and replacing the hinge at the bottom panel on the garage door. He also gave us a quote to replace the garage door in order to bring this up to current wind code. We give Robert 5 stars for his professional work and recommendations.

I wish to thank tech Scott and his supervisor, tech Jamez and tech Robert. They replaced my broken springs and got our car out the garage. The men worked without power.Hurricane Irma left us with broken garage door springs and no power. The replacement springs are far better than stock springs and I purchased a complete hardware overhaul with a lifetime warranty. I never have to worry about repairs again. I will always call Precision garage door repair service.

Garage door opening and closing repair. Very nice men. It turned out to be the pressure treated block of wood, missing bolts which was throwing the brackets to motor off. It needed new wiring also. I was amazed at how smart the guys were. They really know the their stuff and were very polite, down to earth and nice. I would recommend them again. Thank you so much.

This is the second time we have called Precision Door and the same technician, Jon, arrived. He was knowledgeable. He identified one problem which he addressed quickly. Testing revealed that the problem, although much better, was still present. He persevered and identified what else needed to be done and completed that quickly as well. He was well prepared and cleaned up after himself. We cannot speak too highly of our experience with Jon and Precision Doors.

I got your name from advertising sent to my home and had Andrew from your company for service a couple of years ago. Kevin came this time and I found him to be very professional. He found the problem very quickly and fixed it. He also pointed out a spring problem that needed fixing and since Andrew said the springs were getting weak when he was here a few years ago, I knew the time had come to replace them. I am very pleased with the work done and would recommend yur company to any of my friends.

My rating of your services is 5 stars! Your people were on time, polite, and worked continuously from start to finish. It was noted my broken spring and the good spring remaining were two sizes smaller then they should be. It was suggested both springs be replaced along with cables and other parts - the BETTER category.

Second garage door w/opener installed by Precision. I hghly recommend them. Rarely do I make recommendations for service companies as they are usually lacking in perfomance, ethics, or customer service. This is not the case for Precision. They do what they say they will do.... no unexpected charges. The company has high ethics and terrific customer service, from the adminstraive side of the business to the installers. Great service, Billy came on time did a thorough inspection found cables that were frayed, replaced them and installed new rollers. Door balance was good so no need for new springs at this time. I will use Precision in the future for my door work
