our tech, christopher, was very professional. services were provided on a timely basis. we plan to reside in our home for many more years so we shall see what the "limited lifetime warranty" provision for services rendered means. for now, we are very pleased with the repairs made.

This represents a review from a very satisfied Precision Door customer. The situation: Without warning our overhead garage door would not entirely close and then would suddenly reverse and re-open. We suspected lightning surges or digital electronic issues. Notwithstanding, Precision technicians (Mr. Ryan Rozelle & helper) responded within 2 hours to our service request and arrived as scheduled. They expertly diagnosed the problem (a center metal weight-bearing plate detached from the garage door frame which then misaligned the open/close drive mechanism). Repairs were quickly accomplished and the problem resolved—all covered under warranty (April 2016 original installation). And, they also programed our new 2018 Subaru car garage opener. Many thanks for your attentiveness and quick response. I highly recommend them! Five stars--all gold.

Chris was our technician. Very nice and knowledgeable about working mechanism. He waited several minutes for the motor to cool down before he left to insure the door was working properly. Would recommend to others. Did not try to sell me products I did not need.

Service Tech was very professional. He repaired my garage door by installing new springs, cables, rollers and adjusting the door and belt drive. He also checked the circuit board. He cleaned up any mess that he made and all of these repairs in record time. I would tell anybody looking a repair on their garage door to contact Precision. You can't go wrong and Thank You again.

We noticed garage door problems today which quickly got noticeably worse. Someone was at our house within two hours after calling Precision. Our technician, Blake, evaluated our door and took the time to demonstrate how and why our door was failing, patiently answering all our questions. Our garage doors unfortunately needed full replacement. I'm blown away by how professional our experience with Precision has been!

Was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. I found a coupon in a mailer and called to make an appointment. I ultimately had to cancel the appointment but rescheduled. I was told who would come to my home. The service representative was Matt. He was extremely professional, polite and hard working. He explained all my options and answered all my questions. Only time will tell if the products installed hold up well. But at this time I have every confidence that they will.

Great service from beginning of process to the completion of the job. Chat feature on website is easy to use. I contacted these guys at 0900 on a Saturday and by door was repaired by noon. The technician who came out, Andrew, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. A great representative for your company. Not only did he explain what he was going to do he explained how the springs that Precision installs are superior in performance to other installers springs. I would highly recommend you guys to others, great value for the money. Thanks for the quick response and professional repair!
