This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

On Dec 1 Precision was out to replace the springs on our garage door. The entire process was effortless. One call and everything was done. This morning the door went up and there was a loud pop. I looked and saw the cables were not tight. I called the number expecting to get an appt for Mon or Tues but they gave me an appt in less than 2 hours. The technician Kalip called and said he would be there. He was early!! After inspection he determined one of the new springs had failed and he went about replacing all the parts.
I can not even remember the last time I received such expedient and professional service.
