I called Precision's office on a Thursday afternoon and described what my garage door was and wasn't doing. The first tech arrived the next morning to troubleshoot my system. Bernard was courteous and was very thorough in his examination. It was determined that my 16 year old motor was shot. He scheduled Brett to come for the repairs within several hours. There was no wasted time. Brett explained what he was going to do and was done in a short while. The motor was replaced as well as the door sensors and the wall panel. 2 new remotes were included in my price. The price I was quoted before scheduling the repair was spot on when the work was completed. The garage was clean before Brett went through an exhibition of my new system. He went through a full explanation and operation of each new piece. I was very thankful that I called them to handle my problem. Precision has a very professional staff from beginning to end of the project.

The Customer Service was incredible (the Technicians' Bios for both Mason and Greg that were texted to me before they both came out to our home was great and appreciated!!) and the finished product was awesome!! Just yesterday Precision Door Service installed two new garage doors and openers. The two installers were terrific the entire time they were at our house. All of the work was done in one day and in a very professional manner. The guys walked us through the MyQ app setup so that we can remotely open and close, as well as monitor, our doors. We chose the opener device that is extremely quiet and it certainly is. We could not be happier with the products we chose and with the expert work of the installers.

I just had a new garage door installed and also a garage door opener. The prompt service and professionalism of all of the employees I came into contact with was really amazing. I called on a Sunday evening, got an immediate response and a technician was at my home by 8:00 a.m. Monday morning. They keep in constant touch with you and text the name of the service tech and the time they will arrive. EXCELLENT service and employees.

I have used your company several times, as always your employees were prompt, on time, knowledgeable, efficient, after the door was overhauled the mess was cleaned up, all old parts were hauled off. The overhaul of the door, new wheels, new motor, new springs, new bearings , new keypad, remotes, everything was awesome . Thank you again for allowing me to choose you.. below it asked what service did I have done. I believe they called it a overhaul, and it also asked what I got new, the easiest way to say it is: Everything but the door panels and track, otherwise everything else is new and it’s quite and we love it....

Precision Door came up when I google searched how to fix a broken garage door. Had emergency replacement done on a broken spring. I also opted for the door overhaul package: rollers, pulley, and bearing plate replacements. Blake came out to do my estimate and Beau did the actual repair. Everyone I dealt with starting with Jessica on the phone to the two technicians were friendly, courteous and prompt. I was lucky they were already in my area and showed up to work exactly when they estimated. The work done is superb and our ten year old garage door sounds brand new again!

We called Precision to request an installation of a new garage door opener. The phone was answered promptly, and the installer, Nick, arrived at our residence within 45 minutes of our call. After explaining the opener options and the price for a belt-drive unit, Nick proceeded with the installation, which was completed within a couple of hours. He then gave us a thorough explanation of the features and operation of the system. The entire process was very professional, timely, and efficient. Top flight organization. First discovered them a few years back when springs broke on an old garage door on a Friday evening (not their door). Found Precision online; called them. They were onsite to our home within two hours and repairs made! We needed a new door recently. Needless to say, we called Precision. Everything from sale, to scheduling, to install was excellent!

I was impressed with the speedy appointment time on Christmas Eve day. Rob was right on time, polite, and efficient. He explained all details of necessary repairs and installment. Bryan and Eddie were at my house to do the work immediately even before Rob had left. They were also polite and efficient. Bryan explained all the features of my new door system and was very patient. I would definitely recommend Precision to others. I am waiting for a part that was ordered. I have a few questions about the performance of my remote when the techs return.

I am acquainted with Precision through TV advertisements. I contacted the company in the evening and was pleasantly surprised that someone answered, took my information, and told me that I would get a call in the morning. Someone did call early the next morning. The employee described what needed to be done, and I agreed to have the door replaced. The workers came as planned, and did an outstanding job. I think they left the garage cleaner than the way they found it. The entire experience was very pleasant, and I am glad that I decided to call Precision. I like my new door.
