Professional from the start, setting the appt. was a breeze. Our Tech William was on time as promised. Solid well laid out recommendations provided by William was given upon inspection, which he delivered in a non pressured manner. I was satisfied with the pricing quoted, and approved the repairs. The garage door which required new springs works better now than when it was installed brand new a few years back. I have no doubt this repair will last much longer than the original installation. The technician - William Shank was very professional and did all the work perfectly. I had a very old Garage Door opener that simply died. The tech had never seen one that old. So he had a bit more adjustments. I am amazed at how smooth and quiet this new garage door opener is. I really like the lock feature on the pad by the door. I was most impressed with the way my initial call was handled - very courteous and professional. I appreciated getting an email notification of my appointment time that included information on the service technician was would come to my house. Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the problem with my garage door opener. I chose to have him install a new one which he did in the time he said it would take. Afterwards he helped program the keypad and the opener in my car. I was very pleased with the results and will recommend Precision to others.

This was a return call just to adjust and lubricate the Precision system four years after installation.
